We recently had this yummy dip at a Bible study. DELICIOUS!! Catchy name, too, no?
2 cans refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 block (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
(I used about 3 cups cheese)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put refried beans in pan. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Layer on top of beans. Top with both cheeses. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot.
